Residential Property Manager

Role & Duties
We are currently seeking additional experienced and energetic residential property managers and assistants to join our temporary team who thrive on providing superior service to our clients' landlords and tenants.  We currently have an abundance of assignments all over Adelaide with varying opportunities to manage full portfolios or undertake specific set tasks: 

  • External duties - In/outgoing, routine and open inspections
  • Administration - Advertising, processing applications and lease preparation
  • Finance - Rent arrears, trust accounting including lodging and releasing bonds and invoicing
  • Maintenance - Liaising with tenants and landlords to cover all repairs and maintenance 
Skills & Experience
To be successful in our temp team, we require you to have a minimum of 12 months of experience working in a real estate/property/building office.  You would have completed or nearly completed your property management registration.  Experience using Console, Property Me, Property Tree, Real Estate Manager or REST along with associated apps for inspections will be looked upon favourably.  You must have your SA Driver's license and own car.
